Shipping policy
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
- We deliver orders from within Pakistan using reputable courier companies such as POSTEX.
- Standard processing time for orders is 5-7 business days during sales it will be delivered in 7-10 business days.This timeline is only tentative and we shall not be liable for any delays arising out of any events outside our reasonable control.
- Pre-order may take maxiumum of 30 working days.
- Orders placed after 12:00 AM or during holidays may be processed the following business day. Processing and shipping times may extend during collection launches, holidays, and peak seasons.
- We are unable to modify the shipping address or method once the order has been confirmed at checkout.
- Orders which are paid through online payment system will go through a fraud status check and once cleared by our payment processor only then it will be processed further.
- All the order placed on COD, the payments will be collected from the shipping address.

Standard Shipping 250 PKR + FBR POS Fee 1 PKR will be charged on order within Pakistan.
AMENDING A SHIPPING ADDRESS
- We are unable to change the shipping address or the selected shipping method after checkout.
- Once an order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of order, including tracking information for your shipment.
- Customers are responsible for tracking and monitoring the delivery of their shipment once it has left our warehouse.
ORDER CANCELLATION
- For all COD orders maximum 3 confirmation calls will be made to verify your order, if left unattended your order will be automatically cancelled.
- Noveelan has the right to cancel order for the following reasons: If the item is out of stock or any provided information is incorrect by the customer.

- In case of a complaint for any defective or incorrect product, you must ensure that you share proper and complete evidence of receiving an incorrect or defective product such as receipts, pictures and videos.
